Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving delivery, providing item(s) returned to us are unworn and in a saleable condition. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund/exchange has been processed. You can also email us to request Royal Mail return label at the cost of £5.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event that you find a fault in our product, let us know and we will arrange a collection. If on inspection we cannot find a fault we may return your purchase to you and prior to dispatch, we may charge you the postage fee.

Returns Procedure

To return an item, please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Email info@azor.co.uk or blossom@ascot-int.com to request a return and a return label (optional at the cost of £5.00)

  2. Package your items carefully and include your invoice.

  3. Label your package. 

  4. Make sure all returns are unworn and in a saleable condition.

Once the returned item is received back at the Warehouse, the refund or exchange will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account, from the day that the refund has been processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.
